Tour Summary – Daily departures subject to availability. You travel in a specially equipped safari vehicle just your family and driver/guide in the private vehicle. It is a 4 to 5 hour drive from Nairobi to the Park in which you will surely see large numbers of animals and birds and your Guide will know the latest and best places to check out. From July to October you may see the famous wildebeest migration. If you can only experience one safari, the Masai Mara is the one! You will stay in a deluxe Lodge.

Itinerary

Day 1

An early departure from your hotel and from Nairobi, drive across the floor of the Great Rift Valley and the Loita Plains to the Masai Mara National Reserve arriving in time for lunch and an afternoon game viewing drive. Dinner and overnight at a Mara Lodge. (LD)

Day 2

Full day in the Mara with early morning and afternoon game drives. Covering an area of around 1,500 square kilometers the Masai Mara is also linked to the Serengeti in Tanzania and you will see large numbers of animals. In addition to lions you may be fortunate enough to spot cheetah or leopard. This is really the place to go on safari!(BLD)
